A semiconductor device is provided to improve the operating dependability by maintaining the ground level in the open of fail normal word line enable signal line. A semiconductor device comprises the first driving part and the second driver part. In case the signal line is repaired by the spare signal line, the first driving part maintains the signal line to the first voltage level. The first driving part comprises a driver circuit(100) and an inverter driver(210). The second driver part operates a part of the signal line to the first voltage level in the open of the signal line. The second driver part comprises a line join fuse(240), a transistor(250) and a master fuse(110). The signal line is the column select line or the normal word line enable signal line. The first voltage level is the ground voltage level.
