An exercise bicycle is provided, in which the pedal force of a user is controlled by the torque of the motor through the reduction device and chain. An exercise bicycle comprises: a supporting part(100) forming the frame; a power receiving part(200) in which a user applies the driving force; a load supplying part(300) supplying the exercise load to the driving force; a connecting member(400) which connects the power receiving part and the load supplying part so that the exercise load can be delivered to the power receiving part; and a controller(500) controlling the load supplying part.
