A semiconductor device is provided to secure the region for arranging the compensation line by compensating for the loading difference between a plurality of signal lines with the compensation line. A semiconductor device comprises the first to fourth routing lines(ST1~ST4). Each routing line comprises a signal line and compensation lines(RL1~RL3). The standard loading is the loading of the signal line(SL4) of the fourth routing line. The compensation line compensates for the difference between the loading of the signal line and the loading of standard loading. The compensation line has the signal line and the other parasitic resistance. The compensation line and the signal line are arranged in the different layer. The signal lines of the first to third routing lines are separated into the first signal lines(SL1_a~SL3_a) and the second signal line(SL1_b~SL3_b). The compensation line is connected between the first and the second signal lines through the contact. |
