A method for manufacturing a hydrated crystalline paclitaxel is provided to improve solubility and lower the content of residual solvent by fining the paclitaxel particle. A method for manufacturing a hydrated crystalline paclitaxel comprises: a step of resolving a paclitaxel in one solvent selected among acetone, methanol, acetonitrile, and tetrahydrofuran group in a concentration of 1-30%(w/v); a step of adding purified water or buffer solution in a volume ratio of 1:4 to obtain precipitate; and a step of filtering.
