The system has a tension equalizing device cooperated with a suspension cable (407) and a constraint cable (412) by tracking downwards of an articulated crosshead (416), where tension of the cable (407) is equivalent to tension of the cable (412). The device is fixed in a lower part of a sheath. The cable is cooperated with upper and lower reference pulleys (403, 410), where one of the reference pulleys is fixed on an upper part of the system and the other pulley is fixed on lower part. Driving pulleys (408 A, 408 B) are installed on a cabin yoke joint to suspend a cabin of a lift.
