An ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer comprising a repeating unit derived from ethylene and a repeating unit derived from an alpha-olefin having 3 to 20 carbon atoms, wherein a melt flow rate (MFR) is 0.01 to 100 g/10 minutes, a density is 860 to 970 kg/m3, a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) is 2 to 8, and a ratio (eta*0.1/eta*100) of a dynamic complex viscosity (eta*0.1) at a temperature of 190° C. and an angular frequency of 0.1 rad/s, to a dynamic complex viscosity (eta*100) at a temperature of 190° C. and an angular frequency of 100 rad/s is 15 to 100 is excellent in balance between mechanical strength and processability.
