An option investment system using points and a method thereof are provided to offer a service which can make a card company member more actively utilize accumulated points. An event unit(200) invests points accumulated correspondingly to the card use of a member in various options. An option operating system(400) produces an option investment product displayed on the event unit to operate the option investment. A card processing system(300) manages card members, transmits the predetermined amount of money corresponding to requested points to the option operating system, and then re-accumulates the investment profit as points.
