A method and a system for processing a message by using the wireless Internet and a mobile terminal equipped with a message processing function, and a recording medium thereof are provided to offer a free messaging service between a user mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal, a website, a messenger, or an email of an advertiser while using a message input interface of the user mobile terminal. A browser(440) connects to a website through the wireless Internet, and receives and outputs the webpage to a screen. An interface output unit(450) outputs a message input interface to the screen when a message icon is clicked. A message transmission checker(455) checks whether transmission of received message information is requested through a wireless message exchange protocol. A message transmission controller(460) transmits the message information to a web server of the website by interrupting a message transmission function of a message unit when a transmission request is checked.
