A clay-reinforced polylactice acid-polyamide composite resin composition is provided to ensure excellent anti-hydrolysis property, to mechanical strength and heat resistance, and to be used for manufacturing various molded products required for heat resistance and mechanica strength. A clay-reinforced polylactice acid-polyamide composite resin composition comprises a polylactic acid 25-90 weight% and a polyamide resin 10-75 weight%. The composition further comprises, based on a polyamide resin composition 100.0 parts by weight, clay 0.01-10 parts by weight and impact reinforcing agent 0.01-40 parts by weight. The polylactic acid includes L-polylactic acid of 95 weight% or more based on the total weight of polylactic acid.
