An indoor ventilation system is provided to construct a ventilation case to achieve smooth indoor ventilation according to smooth flow of indoor/outdoor air and minimize heat loss. An indoor ventilation system includes a heat exchanger(10), a ventilation case(20), an air supply blower unit(30), a ventilation blower unit(40), a housing(50), a flow path space(60), an exhaust pipe(71), and an inhalation pipe(72). The heat exchanger cross-circulates indoor air and outdoor air. The ventilation case includes a partition(21), an outer wall(22), an upper wall(23), a lower wall(24), a spacer wall(26), an indoor air outlet(27), and an outdoor air inlet(28). The air supply blower unit supplies outdoor air. The ventilation blower unit discharges indoor air. The housing accommodates the ventilation case and has an air supply part(51) and an exhausting part. The flow path space guides air blown by the air supply blower part to the air supply part of the housing.
