A torch slide and Cu-shoe balancing device for welding a curved plate comprises a slide adjusting unit(100) which varies the angle of a welding torch in the vertical direction along an angle slide(110) in order to keep uniform distance and angle between the welding torch and an object surface even when the inclination degree of vertical weld part of the curved plate, a torch tilting unit(200) which controls the welding position of the welding torch minutely from side to side while the welding torch moves along the inclined surface of the vertical weld part, and a Cu-shoe support balancing part of switchable magnet trolley type which prevent the lifting of Cu-shoe and the twisting of an EGW carriage while the EGW carriage moves along the inclined surface.
