FLEXIBLE RAIL FOR A CURVED PLATE WELDING

A flexible rail is provided to automatically weld a curved plate such as the bow and stern of a hull by bending its body according to the curved surface shape of the vertical part. A flexible rail comprises a rail body(100) which is bent by the elasticity in accordance with the curved surface shape of the vertical part of a curved plate, a guide roller supporting part(200) which is bent by the elasticity in the same shape as the rail body, keeps the rail body adhered to the vertical part of the curved plate, and supports a guide roller of an EGW(Electro Gas Welding) carriage moving along the rail surface, a plurality of magnet brackets(300) which easily attach or separate the rail body along the vertical part of the angle block, and a rack gear(400) which is adhered to both sides of the guide roller supporting part in the longitudinal direction to induce constant-speed traveling of the EGW carriage while preventing the separation.
