A system for controlling execution of application in a mobile communication terminal and a controlling method thereof are provided to inform the receiving side mobile terminal a specified application to be executed. A system for controlling execution of application in a mobile communication terminal is comprised of a master mobile communication terminal(100), a slave mobile communication terminal(200), and a session connection server(400). The master mobile communication terminal transmits a control message including application ID(Identification) and application data to the slave mobile communication terminal. The session connection server performs a session connection processing according to the SIP(Session Initialization Protocol).
