<p>A method for manufacturing a transparent electrode pattern and a method for manufacturing an electric optical device are provided to reduce a manufacturing cost by coating an insulation layer in an edge region of a transparent electrode through a screen printing. A transparent electrode(110) is formed on a floodlight substrate(100). A part of the transparent electrode is removed and the transparent electrode is patterned. An insulation protective layer(120) is formed in an edge region of the patterned transparent electrode through the printing process. An electro-optic device layer is formed on the patterned transparent electrode. An electrode is formed on the electro-optic device layer. The floodlight substrate is divided into an active region and a non-active region.</p>
