An aluminum coil with ultrasonic soldering and a method for producing the same are provided to obtain electrical characteristics by dipping a rear end of a wire in a solder tank which is applied by ultrasonic waves, and forming a solder plating through the ultrasonic soldering. A method for producing an aluminum coil with ultrasonic soldering comprises the steps of: removing a coating from a rear end of a coil on which the coating is formed(S10); and dipping the rear end of the wire in a solder tank which is applied by ultrasonic waves for ultrasonic soldering to form a solder plating(S20). A ring or spiral recessed groove is formed along an outer periphery at the rear end of the wire(S11a). A straight recessed groove is formed from end to end of the wire(S11b). High pressure air is sprayed to the rear end of the wire(S30). The coating is sucked from the rear end of the wire(S40). |
