A mold assembly is provided to form undercuts in crossing directions easily on the same surface of a product by using a slide block which moves in the perpendicular direction to the moving direction of the slide core. A mold assembly comprises a first main core(19a) forming a part of a cavity molding a product(P), a template(19) having an angular pin(19b) installed to be inclined and mounted on a fixed part, a second template(30) having a second main core(30') forming the cavity together with the first main core and mounted on a moving part, a slide core(32) having a first molding unit(34a) cutting a first undercut(P') of the product and installed to move straight on the second template, and a slide block(38) having a second molding unit(38e) molding a second undercut(P") perpendicular to the first undercut and relatively moving in the direction crossing with the moving direction of the slide core.
