A baby carriage cover is provided to protect infant because the lower part of the baby carriage is blocked from external contaminant or cool air etc. A baby carriage cover comprises a top surface unit(2) for covering the top of the baby carriage, a lateral unit(4) which is extended downward from both lateral sides of the top surface unit and is formed in order to block both lateral ends of the baby carriage, and a protective bag which is formed in the lower part in order to block the lower part of the baby carriage. The protective bag comprises a seat unit(61) which is extended from the back surface of the protective bag and is formed in order to be laid in the seat of the baby carriage.
