A wet grinding method using a punching palate of a wholly aromatic polyamide polymer is provided to pulverize the wholly aromatic polyamide polymer by using a wet grinding device consisting of a punching plate, a punching blade and a hammer. A wet grinding method using a punching palate of a wholly aromatic polyamide polymer comprises the following steps of: grinding acid crumb of a dehydrated state through dry free grinding; producing slurry by mixing the grinded acid crumb mixed with water and NaOH; and grinding the slurry in a wet grinding device including a punching plate, a plurality of punching blades, and hammers(2). A mixing ratio of the acid crumb and the water is 1:2.
