An apparatus for producing fluidizing bed carbon nanotubes is provided to prevent a metal catalyst from reacting to the sidewall of a furnace when the metal catalyst adheres to the sidewall of the furnace. An apparatus for producing fluidizing bed carbon nanotubes comprises: a furnace(112) having reaction space wherein carbon nanotubes are generated when a metal catalyst reacts to source gas; and a rotary body(160) for improving the flowing of the metal catalyst in the reaction space. The rotary body consists of: a downward wing for forming descending current within the reaction space in order to prevent the small-sized metal catalysts from being moved upward; and an upward wing for forming ascending current within the reaction space in order to prevent the big-sized metal catalysts from being settled at the bottom of the reaction space.
