A central control system for multi-function device in network environment and a method thereof are provided to offer vehicle list and status located within a predetermined distance from customer location. An integration call center classifies whether a client request is a new request service or an existing request service(S2). A call receipt/assignment server searches and filters the condition about the input information of client and requested service from the terminal location information table(S5). An automatic assignment system deletes or modifies or queues for a predetermined time for a comprehensive search(S7). A current position information of client is transmitted from a terminal(S11). A control server transmits a service state value(S17).
