AUTO WELDING EQUIPMENT FOR CORRUGATED BULKHEAD USING VISION SENSOR

Auto-welding equipment for corrugated bulkhead using a vision sensor is provided to recognize a root gap by tracing the welding seam of welded part with the vision sensor and calculate a welding condition, thereby reducing an error. Auto-welding equipment for corrugated bulkhead comprises a travel rail which is installed from the front to the rear along the surface of a low stool(2) and moves a carriage back and forth without falling, an up/down rail(4) which has a gear engaging with a horizontal support bar(14) extending from a carriage and is moved up and down according to the corrugated shape in welding to move a torch(6) and a vision sensor up and down, the vision sensor(10) which traces weld seam of the welded part where the low stool and a corrugated bulkhead(1) are welded and transmits welding condition data to a main box, and the main box(3) indicating the welding condition such as current and voltage.
