A deactivation data separation management system for improving service performance utilizing a statistics/data distribution system and a contents service server and a method thereof are provided to supply the contents service by dividedly managing minor data which is excluded from a service target. A contents service server(300) provides the contents service for a user based on data stored in major database(100). A statistic/data distribution system(400) produces the statistics based on a service log of the contents service server. The statistics/data distribution system moves data without the used amount to minor database(200) among the major DB for a predetermined period. The statistics/data distribution system moves data in which the necessity about the service is generated to the major DB.
