FOURIER TRANSFORM ION CYCLOTRON RESONANCE MASS SPECTROMETER

摘要

A Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrograph using an ultralow temperature preamplifier is provided to improve the ion signal sensibility is by minimizing the thermal noise with an ultralow temperature circuit chiller. A Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrograph using an ultralow temperature preamplifier comprises: an ultralow temperature preamplifier(200) mounted in a vacuum container of an ICR trap(105) backend; and an ultralow temperature circuit chiller(300) consisting of an ultralow temperature chiller(301) and an ultralow temperature pipe(302) installed at the outside of the vacuum container. The ultralow temperature chiller and the ultralow temperature pipe cool the ultralow temperature preamplifier.
