A multi-functional filter and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to offer a filter having excellent transparency and plasticity yield, and to separate materials according to size while adjusting a shape freely. A method for manufacturing a multi-functional filter includes a step for forming a macropore with constant thickness by laminating a raw material in a mold(204), and a step for moving a filter die(206) in which the mold is placed. The supply part feeds the raw material in which the macropore is formed with a constant shape and thickness. The method further includes a step for plasticizing the raw material while adding pressure or/and heat on the raw materials after forming the macropore.
