A hair transplantation method using hair structure of the natural hair and artificial hair is provided, which is semi-permanently used by one transplant. A hair transplantation method using hair structure of the natural hair and artificial hair comprises: a hair cutting step(S10) for cutting one of the natural hair and artificial hair in the necessary length at the arbitrary location in the surgical operation; a cutting step(S20) for cutting the cut hair using processing device at the constant depth and designated angle; a hair inserting step(S30) for inserting the hair into scalp through the operation machine; and a scalp fixing step(S40).
