A method for offering information about a lodging house and a method thereof are provided to store the information on-line, and transmit the information to a membership client or owner through a short message. A plurality of room management controllers(131~130+N) and a main room management server(120) manage the current occupancy information of guest rooms, sale information and reservation information. A web server(300) manages information about each lodging house, generates the information by being linked with a mobile communication network(500), and then transmits the generated information to a registered membership client and owner through the SMS(Short Message Service). |
