A remote controlling apparatus for electric power supplying is provided to save energy, prevent a fire, and increase the efficiency of management by setting appropriate delaying time for operation. A frequency oscillator(12) oscillates a frequency signal as a shut-off signal. A transmission unit(13) transmits the shut-off signal oscillated from the frequency oscillator externally. A MICOM(14) delivers the delay time determined by a user to the transmission unit. A delay time display unit(15) aurally or visually informs the administrator of the delay time determined with MICOM. A receiver(21) receives the frequency signal outputted in the transmission unit. A detector(22) reads out whether the frequency signal is the shut-off signal or not. A blocking switch(23) blocks the power source if the read result at the detector is proven as the shut-off signal.
