摘要 A method for preparing functional fermented leaf for cooking is provided to enable to be used to cook foods without any processes and to show effective components of medicinal herbs by using mulberry leaf, green tea leaf, Epimedium leaf, bamboo leaf and persimmon leaf. A method for preparing functional fermented leaf for cooking comprises: a first step of mixing 58g of mulberry leaf, 10g of green tea leaf, 10g of Epimedium leaf, 10g of bamboo leaf and 10g of persimmon leaf; a second step of 1g of cinnamon powder and 1g of ground pepper; a third step of crushing 100g of the mixture containing mulberry leaf, green tea leaf, Epimedium leaf, bamboo leaf, persimmon leaf, cinnamon powder and ground pepper; a fourth step of making the mixture liquid; and a fifth step of fermenting and aging the liquid at 10°C for 10 days.
