An array substrate for a liquid crystal display device is provided to sequentially form RGB(Red, Green, Blue) sub color filters in parallel with a data line and connect two gate lines at one end, thereby reducing the number of channels of a data driving unit by 2/3. The first and second gate lines(GL1,GL2) are spaced in parallel in one direction on a substrate(210). The first and second gate lines are connected each other at one end. The first and second data lines(DL1,DL2) are spaced each other. The eleventh TFT(Thin Film Transistor) is connected to the first gate line and the first data line. The twenty second thin film transistor(T22) is connected to the second gate line and the second data line. The eleventh and twenty second pixel electrodes are connected to the eleventh and twenty second thin film transistors. |
