A color coating apparatus for stainless strip is provided to form gray hairline on the stainless strip, thereby removing reflection effect and providing natural pattern. A color coating apparatus for a stainless strip(12) comprises a surface treating unit(20) forming hairline by scratching the surface of the stainless strip, a cleaning unit(30) washing off foreign materials on the surface by using acid and water, a drying unit(40) drying the surface by using infrared ray(41), an oxidizing unit(50) promoting oxidation by applying selenium oxide to form an oxide film, a surface neutralizing unit(60), a surface drying unit(70), a coating unit(80) finishing the surface with a fluorine ceramic urethane coating agent, a surface taping unit(90), and a stainless strip rolling unit(100).
