A display driver method and an apparatus thereof are provided to enhance the display quality by measuring the transfer level of the display pixels. An image display system(28) comprises a display driver. The display driver has a memory(36) and a processor. The memory stores overdrive driving method parameters. The processor has the measure and display pixels. The measurement unit measures the stable transfer level of the display pixels in case the goal driving level is the stable transfer level. The measurement unit measures the overdrive transfer level of the display pixels in the termination of the frame and compares the stable transfer level and the overdrive transfer level in order to judge the overdrive driving level. The measurement unit changes the overdrive driving level, in case the overdrive driving level is high or low. |
