A load testing apparatus for a pile foundation is provided to measure ultimate bearing capacity to a pile foundation accurately by measuring the front end bearing capacity and surface friction force at the same time through being unitarily installed at the pile foundation. A load testing apparatus for a pile comprises: an upper plate(52) installed at the bottom of the pile foundation(10); a lower plate(54) which is installed at the lower part of the upper plate, and is located at regular intervals to the upper plate due to downward and upward hydraulic jacks; a downward hydraulic jack(60) which is interposed between the lower plate and the upper plate and in which a finish plate(66) is installed at the end part; an upward hydraulic jack(70) which is interposed between the upper plate and the lower plate with the downward hydraulic jack and presses the upper plate with being extended upward; and a telltale(80) being unitarily installed at the downward and upward hydraulic jacks and operating with the downward and upward hydraulic jacks and measuring the displacement of the lower plate and the finishing board moving with the downward and upward hydraulic jacks.
