A resin extruding machine and a cutter device thereof are provided to cool the cutter blades or remove resin from the cutter blades without frequently stopping the machine and to lessen the deterioration of the cutter blades. A cutter device of a resin extruding machine comprises a cutter frame(110) rotated with a rotating shaft(130) activated by a motor, one or more blades(120) cutting an extruded resin bar into regular length, a gas supply passage(150) supplying the external high-pressure gas into the cutter frame, a cooling passage(140) passing through the inside of the cutter frame in order to conduct the high-pressure gas from the cutter frame to the blades, a fixed cap(160) covering a part of the blades and fixed to the cutter frame, and a guide groove which is arranged in the longitudinal direction of the blades to be connected to the cooling passage and spreads the gas ejected from the cooling passage onto the blade surface to cool the blades.
