A health mat and a manufacturing method for the same are provided, which enable to supply various designs of mats by using the loess ball. A manufacturing method of the health mat comprises: a step of preparing the loess ball(2) formed by the floor material, the cushion material, and outer cover(1); a step of designing the design of the pattern formed on the outer cover using the loess ball; a step of cutting the loess ball attaching part and sewing part; a step of adhering to the sponge(7) by peeling off the backside release paper; a step of removing the front side release paper and the double sided tape; and a step of forming the outer cover.
