The plankton extract is at least one selected from a group of green algae comprising Closterium, Pedeastrum, Scenedesmus and Bortyococcus. The marine mineral component is obtained by drying marine water and comprises calcium and magnesium as main ingredients. The content of plankton is contained in 0.01-30.0 weight% based on the total weight. The content of marine mineral component is contained by 0.001-40.0 weight% based on the total weight.
