A panel fabricated water tank is provided to minimize the problem due to the deformation of a water tank and to allow it to be maintained and assembled easily. A panel fabricated water tank comprises bottom panels(10,10') provided with the projected parts(12,12') which has a rectangular shape and has the flat central part so as to allow a combination flange(21) to be bent upward along the circumference and to allow the adjacent bottom panels to be connected by adhering the combination flange by a bolt; a sidewall panel(20); and cover panels(30,30') installed between the projected parts of the adjacent bottom panel so as to cover the combined combination flange.
