<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct the detection deviation of toner concentration, the deviation being caused by the change in the fluidity of a developer, by a simple method. <P>SOLUTION: A stirring screw 44 coming close to a toner concentration detection sensor 45 is rotated while changing rotational speed at least at two steps such as first rotational speed and second rotational speed, and a control value used when controlling the toner concentration detection sensor 45 or a toner supply part 110 is corrected based on a difference between a value detected by the toner concentration detection sensor 45 when rotating at the first rotational speed and a value detected by the toner concentration detection sensor 45 when rotating at the second rotational speed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
