<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently atomize a solution of each kind to separate the same with high efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: This ultrasonic process for separation of the solution is composed of the atomization process for ultrasonically vibrating the solution to form mist and the recovery process for transferring the mist obtained in the atomization process to a recovery part 3 along with a feed gas to recover the mist in the recovery part 3. Further, the distillation process for distilling the solution is provided as the preprocess of the atomization process in the ultrasonic process for separation of the solution and the solution obtained in the distillation process is ultrasonically vibrated in the atomization process to obtain the mist. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
