<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothed belt which prevents the local application of an excessive load, which enables an increase in strength, miniaturization and a reduction in weight, and which makes manufacturing costs low; and to provide a glass lifting/lowering device for a vehicle, using the toothed belt. <P>SOLUTION: A belt body 30 is partially inserted into a resin molding tool, and a resin is injected into a space which is enclosed with the molding tool. Thus, the injected resin is solidified on the periphery of the belt body 30, and the belt body 30 is internally chilled by the resin. This can bring about a resin molded article 41 in which the belt body 30 is embedded. The rein molded article 41 is solidified by intruding among teeth 34 of the belt body 30, so as to adhere to the belt body 30. Since protrusions 42 and 42a, which are solidified in grooves among the teeth 34 of the belt body 30, are meshed with the teeth 34 of the belt body 30, the belt body 30 and the resin molded article 41 (connecting member 40) are firmly fixed to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
