<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooling efficiency relating to: a cooling fan controller; a cooling fan control method; and a program. <P>SOLUTION: The cooling fan controller includes: a fan 100 for cooling an object to be cooled; a temperature sensor 103 for detecting a temperature relating to the object to be cooled; and a fan control circuit 102 for controlling the fan 100 so as to switch a rotational speed of the fan 100 to a higher speed when a detection temperature detected by the temperature sensor 103 is equal to or higher than a prescribed threshold, switch the rotational speed to a lower speed when the detection temperature is below the threshold, fix the rotational speed when the detection temperature goes up and down the threshold by a prescribed frequency, and cancel the fixation of the rotational speed when the detection temperature does not go up and down the threshold for a prescribed period after fixing the rotational speed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
