<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid softener composition capable of improving yellowing generated in clothes, and having excellent low-temperature storage stability. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid softener composition includes (A) a water-soluble polymer compound having cationic properties, (B) a silicone compound, (C) a water-soluble fluorescent whitener and (D) a water-soluble solvent selected from the group consisting of a 2-6C monohydric alcohol, a 2-6C polyhydric alcohol and glycol ethers represented by formulas (D-I) and (D-II): R<SP>1</SP>-O-(R<SP>2</SP>O)<SB>m</SB>-H (D-I) and R<SP>3</SP>-O-(R<SP>2</SP>O)<SB>n</SB>-R<SP>4</SP>(D-II) (wherein, R<SP>1</SP>is a 2-6C alkyl group or a phenyl group; R<SP>2</SP>is a 2-3C alkylene group; m represents an average addition number of moles and is a number of 2-3; R<SP>3</SP>and R<SP>4</SP>are each independently a 1-2C alkyl group; R<SP>2</SP>is a 2-3C alkylene group; and n represents an average addition number of moles, and is a number of 1-3). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
