<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gut for a racket having superior durability compared with the conventional gut for the racket and having a ball hitting property similar to that of a natural gut. <P>SOLUTION: The gut for the racket is obtained by using a monofilament for at least part of the gut, of which a diameter is within the range of 0.1-1.5 mm, and which is composed of a resin composition containing: a thermoplastic resin other than a fluorine-based resin (preferably a polyester or polyamide resin) of 90-99 wt.%; and the fluorine-based resin (preferably ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer) of 1-10 wt.%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
