<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is relatively difficult to surely grasp or manage a corresponding relation between any significant article to be carried out and a carrier since a person is mostly permitted to enter a storage room in which important articles are stored only on the basis of principal authenticating operation in a conventional system. <P>SOLUTION: A management device installed in a management room 10 is configured to carry out determination processing for determining whether or not an authenticated person is matched with a carrier recorded in a carry-out management/recording part in principal authentication prior to room entry, and carries out entry processing only when those persons are matched.
