<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impermeable liner-laying structure in which impermeable liners are easily adhered by a self-propelled mechanical fusion. <P>SOLUTION: Neighboring underlayer impermeable liners 16 are stuck to each other through an underlayer impermeable liner-joining sheet 20. That is, the underlayer impermeable liners 16 are arranged at an interval and an end part of one of the underlayer impermeable liners 16 is overlapped with one end part of the underlayer impermeable liner-joining sheet 20 and an end part of the other underlayer impermeable liner 16 is overlapped with the other end part of the underlayer impermeable liner-joining sheet 20 to join the underlayer impermeable liners 16. Further, neighboring upper layer impermeable liners 14 are stuck to each other through an upper layer impermeable liner-joining sheet 18.
