PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding structure that prevents the occurrence of an explosion and can obtain a stable welding intensity. SOLUTION: In the welding structure 10, an electronic component 12 is arranged at a circuit conductor 14 side in an insulating circuit board 11 in which the circuit conductor 14 is provided on an insulating resin substrate 13, and a laser welding of an electronic component terminal 19 extending from a component body 18 of the electronic component 12 is carried out to the insulating resin substrate 13.
