PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily achieve the accurate position adjustment of recorded data. SOLUTION: Based on the positional information of a disk-like recording medium, a retardation between a recording clock and data recorded according to the positional information is detected. A frequency divider 107 is controlled based on the detected retardation to adjust the phase of a sine wave signal 108, and a recording clock having no phase shifting is generated.
