PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image information storage device for facilitating the management of registration information associated with an image and for assisting an effective use of the registration information, and to provide an image information processing program and an image information processing system. SOLUTION: In an image information processing device, when it is necessary that the same registration information is associated with a plurality of image data, the registration information that has already associated with other image data is used to be associated with the image data to which the registration information is associated later timewise, thus facilitating the management of the registration information in contrast to when the registration information is associated with respective image data. Identification information allows the reference of the registration information associated with the image data (the image) from a first storage means, thus preventing useless consumption of a storage area without any need to be associated with the registration information for respective image data.
