PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excrement disposal device capable of washing a care-receiver by methods respectively suitable for feces and urine. SOLUTION: After one of sensors 261-264 senses a prescribed level (when it detects feces: after it is turned on), when the other sensors do not sense the prescribed level (they are off) even after the lapse of the prescribed time (2 seconds, for instance), the excrement disposal device 1 for care judges that it is feces. After one of the sensors 261-264 senses the prescribed level, when another sensor senses the prescribed level within the prescribed time (2 seconds, for instance), the device judges that it is urine.
