PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting tool having reduced malfunction and an improved efficiency of opening bags. SOLUTION: The cutting tool includes a grip portion 2 and a blade portion 3 configured to be attachable to and detachable from an end 2c of the grip portion 2. The blade portion 3 attached to the grip portion 2 is heated to melt and cut a contact part of an object to be cut with which the blade portion 3 makes contact. The blade portion 3 has a tip end 3b formed into an isosceles triangle shape and a slit formed at the center in the width direction, from the base end 3a to the tip end 3b, and heats itself by electrical power supplied through a power supplying electrical cord 4 connected to an opposite position across the slit at the base end 3a.
