PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of easily removing dust, and to provide an optical device. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an imaging apparatus including: transmission parts 28, 29, with light transmissivity, comprising a first portion 40a with water repellency and second portions 44a, 45a, 48a whose water repellency is lower than that of the first portion; an imaging part 32 for imaging light transmitted through the transmission parts 28, 29; and a vibration part 34 for vibrating the transmission parts 28, 29, the imaging apparatus being characterized in that the vibration part 34 is provided in the transmission parts 28, 29 via the second portions 44a, 45a, 48a.
